Over the past few years our Association has published four interesting A4 sized publications, each with a card cover, and relevant to our chosen railway and its history. These publications, all of which are still available, are as below :

‘G&SWR Station Register’, written by David M.E. Lindsay, consisting of 56 pages + 4 page card cover, ring bound, and consisting of tables of data and line/route diagrams relevant to the opening and closing of G&SWR stations, junctions and routes.

‘G&SWR Company – Amendment to Working Time Table, March 1898’, a copy of an original Sou’ West publication consisting of 120 pages + 4 page card cover, ring bound, and consisting of a wealth of information and detail upon operations on the Sou’ West.

‘G&SWR Steamer Fleet’, written by David M.E. Lindsay, consisting of 28 pages + 4 page card cover, containing both colour and black & white photographs, plus tables of data and information relevant to the Company’s steamer fleet and its life in later years under the LMS.

Copies of all publications above are available to purchase at £ 8-00 per copy, including post & packing, with all finance made payable to the ‘G&SWR Association’. Overseas customers kindly add £ 2-00 to the above finance to help offset the costs of overseas airmail postage.

‘Amendments to the G&SWR Station register’  An update to  ‘The G&SWR Station register’ by David M.E. Lindsay, which consists of 12 pages of A4 data, supplementing and embellishing the information contained within the publication specified above. Cost per set is £ 3-00, including post & packing. Overseas customers please add £ 1-00 to the finance above, to help offset the cost of overseas air-mail postage.

‘G&SWR Company, Working Time Table, October 1913’         A re-printing of the original document.  This WTT consists of 120 pages at A4 size, plus card cover and is ring bound. It contains a wealth of fascinating material and relays how the G&SWR planned and organised its workings – both passenger and goods – at a time when its system was at its peak. This is a most useful and fascinating document and a careful study of its material will pay fruitful dividends in any study of its text and information.

Copies are available to purchase at £ 11-00 per copy, including post & packing, with all finance made payable to the ‘G&SWR Association’. Overseas customers kindly add £ 2-00 to the above finance, to help offset the costs of overseas airmail postage.
