Supplements : Order Form : 

Our Association has published five issues of Supplements since autumn 1997. These five issues have dealt with the following themes in relation to G&SWR history : Dumfries Station Hotel and its centenary, the developments to the Smellie 22 class 0-6-0 goods locomotive, G&SWR signalling & telegraphy, the Ayr and Cumnock railways, and the Largs Branch. However, our first Supplement, which covered Dumfries Station Hotel and was published in autumn 1997, is now ‘sold out’. Similarly, Supplement No.2, which dealt with the Smellie 22 class locomotives, and was published in autumn 1998, and Supplement No.3 which surveyed G&SWR signalling & telegraphy, and was published in autumn 1999, are also both now sold out.

The two issues of Supplement which are still available for purchase are :

Supplement No.4 : the Ayr and Cumnock railway’, which consists of 32 pages + card cover @ A5 format. Enclosed within the text are various line drawings, along with black & white photographs, plus tabular data. Published in autumn 2000.
